I am not Gil Bouhnick, and I did not develop this application. I acquired the spoontools.com domain later and am publishing this page as a preservation archive for the original freeware tools. All credit belongs to Gil Bouhnick.

These applications are over 15 years old. They were built for Windows Mobile / Pocket PC devices. They are not compatible with modern Android, iOS, or current Windows versions. They are provided here as-is, for archival and educational purposes only. I have not modified, tested, or audited these files. I take no responsibility for any damage, data loss, security issue, or malfunction that may result from downloading or running them. Use at your own risk.

A Windows Mobile Pocket PC device. This will not install or run on Android or iPhone. It is a .cab file intended for a dead mobile OS.

What It Was

A finger-friendly replacement for the built-in Outlook Tasks on Windows Mobile devices. It organized tasks into folders, sorted them by due date, and included a dedicated "Urgent Tasks" folder that pulled in items due soon from all categories. It was designed to be used without a stylus, with large touch targets and simple task creation including priority, due date, and reminders.

Modern Alternatives

  • TickTick — Cross-platform task manager with calendar integration and Pomodoro features.
  • Set (iOS/Mac) — Built around automatic time-blocking and neutral, non-nagging task handling.
  • ZoBud — Focuses on matching tasks to your actual energy levels rather than forcing a rigid schedule, in the spirit of older energy-aware PDA tools.
